Day 1: Cochin – Kumarakom
On arrival at the Cochin Airport, our representative will escort you to Kumarakom. On arrival, check in at the Coconut Lagoon. After a sunset cruise on the Rice Boat, private property of the hotel, return to Coconut Lagoon for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Kumarakom
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a brief cruise to Philip Kutty's Farm famous for its tropical fruits and vegetables. You also get to attend a demonstration of home cooking practiced by traditional Kerala families. Return to the Coconut Lagoon for a demonstration of backwater food and cooking style followed by a sampling of the cuisine over lunch. The rest of the day is at leisure and the evening is reserved for cultural performances. Return to Coconut Lagoon for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Kumarakom
After breakfast at the hotel, attend a demonstration of Sadhya preparation - the special vegetarian cuisine prepared for the wedding ceremony. Sample the cuisine over lunch. The rest of the day is at leisure. Attend the cultural show in the evening. After dinner return to you hotel room for overnight stay in Kumarakom.

Day 4: Kumarakom - Thekkady
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Periyar National Park, Thekkady. On arrival, check in at the Spice Village. After lunch, go for a boat ride on the Periyar. Return to the resort for dinner and overnight stay in Periyar.

Day 5: Thekkady
After breakfast at the hotel, walk to the spice and tea plantations. Return to the resort for lunch, siesta, and 'cooking with spices' demonstration. Enjoy your dinner and overnight stay in the resort.

Day 6: Thekkady
Awake early morning and take a tour of the Spice Village. After breakfast, attend another demo cooking class. Post lunch check out Kumily Market on foot and shop for souvenirs. Return to the resort for dinner and overnight stay in Thekkady.

Day 7: Thekkady - Cochin
After breakfast drive to Cochin via Bungalow for lunch. On arrival, check in at the Casino for dinner and overnight stay in Cochin.

Day 8: Cochin
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for sightseeing tour. Visit Mattancherry spice market, Chinese fishing nets, and have lunch at Brunton Boatyard. Later in the evening, return to hotel Casino for the evening Kathakali performance, dinner and overnight stay in Cochin.

Day 9: Cochin
Next morning after breakfast at the hotel, brace yourself for a morning full of hands-on cooking with the hotel Chef as your guide. After a pleasurable afternoon, go on a sunset cruise at the Kochi Harbor. Return to the hotel for farewell dinner and overnight stay.

Day 10: Departure from Cochin
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to the airport to board the flight back home or to your onward destination.
